TheSportRadar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users, contributors, and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the TheSportRadar website (thesportradar.com) if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the challenged material from our website and notifying the party who posted the content.
2. How to File a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content you posted was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with our Copyright Agent. Your Counter-Notice must be in writing and include the following:

Identify the removed material: Provide a description of the material that was removed and the URL/location where it appeared before it was taken down.

Provide your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Include a statement under penalty of perjury: Add the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”

Jurisdiction consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which TheSportRadar may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid Counter-Notice is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed content in 10 business days. Unless the original copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at our sole discretion.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TheSportRadar has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of contributors, writers, or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
4. False Claims Warning
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to severe legal consequences, including liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
